COLLEAGUES
--- a person whom we work together, OR
we can call teammate or coworker, or fellow worker, or workmate, or, associate, or partner, or collaborator, or ally, or also confederate. but for all those the synonyms we used for, i this is also best describes just as a FRIEND.This group of people we meet almost everyday. working together, eating together, discuss together about work life and sometime they the one who listen the most of our problem. so why this term is so different than we understand.
FRIENDS is someone who will be there for you, listen to you problem, help when you are in trouble and have fun with you.a person whom one knows and with whom one has a bond of mutual affection, typically exclusive of sexual or family relations. So in other words is the same with colleagues. they shares the same meaning as colleagues. when you work for a very long time the relationship become bond and it become mutual.

these people i know during my work. they have been with me almost 6 years. we share a lot of things. my good side even my bad side they will protect it as i'm their family. when i'm down they will be there form me. and if they have any problem i will try to help them in any means. NO QUESTION ASK. And even their helping much more meaningful than our friends.
therefore, any words align with friendship, is not about friend or colleague. it can be any words related to someone we can depend too.
